Safe and Sustainable Mobility Foundation, jointly with the Kenya Academy of Sciences, Nairobi Metropolitan Area Transport Authority and the Multimedia University of Kenya, hosted a Transport and Mobility Governance Symposium. The Symposium provided a platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange among key stakeholders to enhance urban mobility governance. It addressed critical issues in transport planning, traffic congestion, road safety and sustainable mobility. Special focus was on:

  2. Sustainable mobility innovations.
  3. Data-driven planning and innovations.
  4. Road safety challenges and innovative ways to address it.

Participants were drawn from the Academia, Civil Society, Government transport and safety-related agencies, UNEP, public transport operators and the private sector.
